When Your Body Talks to You, Do You Know How to Listen?

Stress is the language of the body. Instead of ignoring or dismissing your body's messages, why not learn from them? I built a website to introduce people to something called "neuro-literacy," the ability to understand how the nervous system functions and influences feelings, thoughts, and actions. 

By developing neuro-literacy, you can better recognize automatic survival responses, manage emotions, and activate your strength to be kind and caring no matter what.
